Shipping & Returns Info

Shipping Information/Policy:

 

USA shipping only

International shipping is not available at this time

USPS priority mail or first class

Order processing time: 1-3 business days

 

Damaged items:

We packed our items very securely in double boxes with lots of wrapping, but if you receive your item broken in the shipping process, please contact us at info@pohodahome.com within 48 hours. Include photo taken at receiving and opening your package. We will review your claim right the way and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Defective items:

All our items are handcrafted. Glass is mount blown and hand painted or hand formed, so each piece will have slight variations in shape, color, size or texture. These aren't considered flaws. It is part of a unique handcrafted product. If you feel your product has a flaw or defect, please contact us at info@pohodahome.com within 5 days of customer receipt. Please make sure you include a photo of the defective items. After we review your claim, we will notify you of the next step.

Missing or wrong items:

Please, contact us right the way at info@pohodahome.com and we will fix our mistake immediately. Shipping of the wrong item to us and shipping of the correct item to you is on us.

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your purchased items for any reason, please follow the return instruction below and place a new order for the item you would like to replace it with.

Returns and Refunds Information/Policy:

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your ordered item(s), you can return them back to us within 30 days from receipt of your order and we will gladly send you your refund.

If making returns, please note the following:

- All returned items must be in resaleable condition  and in original packaging

- Original shipping cost is non-refundable

-Customer pays for return shipping

- Pohoda is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Tracking number and /or insurance is recommended

- Refunds are issued in the original payment form
